What to include in your message
For account or room issues, include a short description of the problem, the browser and device you were using, and the email address connected to your Talkify account. Please do not send your Google password, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials.
Response time
Talkify is an independently run project, so replies may take a few days. We review support requests, bug reports, and safety concerns as soon as possible.
