1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Talkify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Access

You may browse rooms and use self-practice tools without an account. Creating or joining a voice room requires logging in with Google. Room hosts may approve or deny join requests at their discretion, and may remove participants from their room at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Talkify to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited promotion

4. Room Hosts

If you create a room, you act as its host. You are responsible for who you admit into your room and for moderating conversations within it. Talkify reserves the right to block any account, including hosts, that violates these Terms.

5. No Warranty

Talkify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talkify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including content or conduct of other users.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Talkify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
